Returns and Refunds Policy – SAFEKIDO (Baby Safety Products)

At SAFEKIDO, we specialize in premium safety products for newborns and young children, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Our range includes products like baby safety kits, edge and corner guards, drawer locks, safety gates, and more. We prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best shopping experience. However, requests for replacement, return, or refund will only be entertained if raised within 3 calendar days of receiving the product. Customers may also initiate a return or refund request before the product is delivered. Requests made beyond 3 calendar days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Conditions for Replacement or Return

A request for replacement or return will be processed only under the following circumstances:

  1. The product has a manufacturing defect.
  2. The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
  3. The product must not have been used or tampered with.
  4. The item must be returned in its original, unbroken, and unsoiled packaging.
  5. Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided by the customer.
  6. Items under warranty (if applicable).

Exclusions

Replacement, return, or refund requests will not be entertained for:

  1. Items marked as "non-refundable."
  2. Consumable safety products such as adhesive strips, latches, or other one-time-use items.
  3. Customized safety solutions or products.

Returns and Refunds Process

  1. Customers must provide proof of purchase along with images of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.
  2. Refunds will only be issued for the value of the returned product, not the entire order.
  3. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
  4. The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Refunds will not be processed for damaged or tampered returns.
  5. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, SAFEKIDO will notify the customer via email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund request.
  6. For electronic payments, refunds will be processed within 7–21 business days. For COD payments, a store credit will be issued for future purchases on our website.

Exchange Policy

  1. Exchanges will be processed only for products with manufacturing defects.
  2. Requests for exchange must be raised within 3 calendar days of delivery.
  3. Customers must provide proof of purchase and product images (if damaged or incorrect).
  4. Only the defective product will be exchanged, not the entire order.
  5. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
  6. The product must be packed securely to avoid damage. Damaged items will not be eligible for exchange.
  7. Upon receiving the product, SAFEKIDO will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the exchange request.
